Privacy policy

This site is deliberately minimal in what it collects. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising or third-party tracking, and loads no external resources — fonts and assets are served from our own domain.

Contact form: the name, e-mail address, organisation, enquiry type and message you submit. These are sent to us by e-mail so that we can answer you.

Server logs: our host records standard technical data (IP address, date, requested page) for security and troubleshooting.

We use the data you send solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up on a commercial or institutional relationship. We do not sell it and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Enquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting relationship, then deleted.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to contact@iris-systems.tn.
